What when you did everything you could concerning your goal, and the results just don’t come. For example, zour goal was to create a source of passive income by selling an e-book. So, as you have experience in some selected topic, you invested a lot of hours into the book. Then, you published it, and posted on social media, but nobody is buying. What now?
Or you wanted to be a doctor, finished the right college, invested many years, and now you can’t find a job you imagine.
Or you imagined a perfect job for you, but there are no openings for that position ….
So, the next thing you want to do is:
Just want to quit, because you tried, and it did not work
You will say you tried and failed.
But, what about trying to take an initiative? DO you think that all the successful people made it right away? If you don’t know the answer, NO, they did not.
You have to start being aware of your actions, what you did and did not to, what strategy failed and how can you change that outcome.
You can just reframe the problem, or create your perfect conditions, by taking an INITIATIVE!
As it happens, you are sometimes not in the position to see all the solutions. SO you have to research some more, and try to reframe the situation, see how you can change the angle of looking at the problem you have. Be aware that knowing what you want is a great first step in taking an initiative. What you want is a guidline for you.
Initiative is not a talent, it is a skill that you can practice. It requires you to be more resilient and determined, as well as fexible and courageous. Initiative is a proactive approach when you know that it is going to be hard, but you just keep going.
